Ariana Madix has finally moved out of the $3 million home she shares with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
Weeks after it was reported that the former Vanderpump Rules stars, who split in March 2023 after Tom, 43, engaged in a months-long affair with their co-star and friend, Rachel “Raquel” Leviss, 31, had reached a “conditional” settlement in their legal battle over the fate of the home, Ariana, 40, was spotted getting the rest of her belongings from the property with the help of boyfriend Daniel Wai, 42.
TMZ shared photos of Ariana’s visit to the home last Friday, on February 20, noting that movers were also seen wheeling boxes out of her former residence.

Back in January, as noted in a report from Page Six, Ariana, who has been dating Daniel since spring 2023, dismissed a lawsuit she’d filed against Tom in an effort to force him to sell the property after reaching a “conditional” settlement that required “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days.
When she first filed her case in January 2024, Ariana requested an “equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale” of the property. However, Tom did not want to move out of the home and alleged in his own set of court documents that he’d offered her $3.1 million in cash to stay.
In March 2024, Ariana purchased a $1.6 million home in the Hollywood Hills.
Ariana Madix was featured on Vanderpump Rules from season three through season 12.
