Real Housewives of Orange County alum David Beador has split from his wife, Lesley Beador, once again.
Less than a year after David’s most recent divorce filing last summer, which he dropped following a messy round of restraining order drama, the couple, who share a five-year-old daughter, Anna Love, is headed for their fifth attempt at divorce.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on February 25, Lesley, 42, filed for divorce this time around, requesting legal and physical custody of Anna, with David, 61, being allowed visitation. She also wants to be granted spousal support and for the court to block David from collecting any spousal support from her.
As RHOC fans may recall, David, who split from his ex-wife, Shannon Beador, 61, in 2017 after 17 years of marriage and an affair, married Lesley in October 2020 and welcomed daughter Anna months later.
In the years that followed their wedding, David and Lesley have been on and off, frequently accusing one another of abuse. First, David filed for divorce from Lesley in September 2022. Then, he filed again in May 2023 and for a third time in June 2025. Lesley also filed for divorce from David — once in September 2024. However, before any of their filings could be finalized, the cases were dismissed.
News of Lesley’s divorce filing comes after David set out on a family vacation with his daughters. David shares 24-year-old daughter Sophie and 21-year-old twins Stella and Adeline with Shannon.
