Margaret Josephs recently underwent a nose job.
Years after the 58-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star went under the knife for a facelift, and just over one year after she endured a painful-looking CO2 laser treatment, Margaret debuted her latest set of before and after photos as she explained her decision to have more plastic surgery.
“No one wants a droopy tip… some might call it a rhinoplasty I call it a ‘nasal rejuvenation,'” Margaret wrote in the caption of a March 4 post. “As I got older my tip started to droop as I smiled and I was really unhappy about it. When I was younger I never disliked my nose and could never imagine doing a nose job but with age the cartilage in my nose didn’t support my tip and it emphasized a slight bump in my nose also. Every photo of me I really noticed it and it bothered me.”
After making the decision to have her nose operated on, Margaret chose Dr. Gary Motykie for the procedure, which she described as a “slight tweak.”
“Now my nose fits my face so [perfectly] and no one can quite put their finger on why… not even my family members!” she gushed. “I am a huge advocate for doing what makes YOU happy and feel your best. Thank you Dr Motykie for this subtle upgrade, it made such a huge difference to me.”
Also in her caption, Margaret gave a nod to New Beauty magazine, telling her fans and followers to check out “photos of [her] scaring small children around the [Beverly Hills Hotel] pool,” which she said was the “best place to recover EVER.”
“I also [have] fat transfer and stem cells on my face so as you swipe you’ll see the swelling, don’t freak out it … it was to restore volume in the face too,” she warned with her slideshow of photos.

In Margaret’s slideshow, the longtime reality star gave fans a look at the weeks that followed her procedure, including an image of herself 24 hours later.
She then shared before-and-after images of her profile.
She also shared an eight-week post-op pic of herself at her high school reunion.
In the comments, Margaret’s plastic surgeon offered kind words.
“Margaret, it was truly a pleasure taking care of you. We performed a closed (scarless) finesse rhinoplasty to subtly support the nasal tip and refine the profile, along with Stellar fat grafting and stem cell therapy to restore facial volume and support healing. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and I’m so happy you’re loving the results,” he shared.
“I am so grateful to you and your amazing team!! You are a wonderful person and a beyond talented surgeon!! You give natural beautiful results!! Thank you,” Margaret replied.
Tamra Judge, 58, also weighed in, telling Margaret, “You look beautiful my friend.”
“Thank you my love,” Margaret wrote back.
