Erika Jayne came forward about her past experience with abuse on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And now, weeks later, details regarding the potential perpetrator have been revealed.

Following a conversation between Erika, 54, and her co-stars, Denise Richards, 55, and Sutton Stracke, 54, in regard to the alleged abuse Denise sustained at the hands of her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, 53, which led Erika to share the revelation, a report has confirmed an incident at her Los Angeles home.

According to a March 10 report from TMZ, police responded to the home on September 20, 2024, after learning that the suspect, who was said to have been a Black male friend of Erika, reportedly broke into the residence and refused to vacate the property after entering one of the home’s bedrooms.

At the time of the incident, a domestic violence report was taken.

Since splitting from estranged husband Thomas “Tom” Girardi, 86, in November 2020, Erika has been linked to a number of people, including her friend and attorney James “Jim” Wilkes in spring 2023, trainer Keith Hodges in spring 2024, and Summer House star Jesse Solomon, 32, in spring 2025.

Erika was also previously married to Thomas Zizzo, but has confirmed that neither of her husbands was the suspect in her abuse.

After revealing her abuse story on RHOBH, Erika appeared on the After Show, where she explained her decision to go public with the information before admitting to having concerns.

“I spoke of having encountered something like that. A lot of time had passed, and me opening up that night, I wouldn’t have done it had it not been someone that I knew doing it as well,” Erika shared. “Certain things are very delicate and you don’t necessarily reveal them in the moment.”

“I don’t know how it’s gonna be received,” she continued. “The reason I didn’t bring it up at all is because how much more can I take, and how much more sh*t is it gonna open up? ‘You deserved it.’ That’s gonna happen. There’s gonna be people that support you and people that go, ‘you f*cking deserved it.’ ‘You’re lying.’”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
