Amanda Batula and West Wilson faced rumors of a romance earlier this month, and now, insiders are doubling down on the apparent connection between them.
As a slew of other rumors surface, which link West, 31, to both Ciara Miller, 30, and a brunette woman in Chicago, sources are insisting that the reports regarding Amanda, 34, and West are accurate and not based on any misunderstanding or fan sighting, as they tease increasingly complicated dynamics on Summer House.
According to a March 15 report from Deux Moi, there was no mistaken identity or speculation when it came to claims of Amanda and West hooking up. Instead, the alleged information came from someone in the know, who stands by the accusation.
While that would certainly cause some drama due to Amanda’s recent separation from Kyle Cooke, 43, the situation has the added layer of Amanda’s closeness to Ciara, who reportedly “[hooked] up” with West toward the end of season 10. It would throw the cast into quite a big mess going into the upcoming 11th season.
Following the news of West’s supposed hookups with Amanda, he traveled to Chicago to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day over the weekend, where he was allegedly “holding hands with this brunette girl the whole time” in an effort to keep other females at bay.
“Random girls were going up to him, and he seemed to be holding her hand to show he was taken and not interested,” the source stated.
As Summer House fans may have seen, Amanda insisted she’d never touch another one of her castmates last week amid rumors about her, West, and even Jesse Solomon, 32.
“I’m not touching any of my cast members. Love them dearly, but I’m good,” Amanda said on the March 9 episode of Trading Secrets.
Kyle also spoke of the matter while appearing on Watch What Happens Live, noting that while he didn’t think there was “any merit to it,” he wouldn’t be against Amanda and West getting together if it made her happy.
“It would certainly catch me by surprise and feel a little reckless, and I think I’d probably be the last person people would be worried about. I think Ciara would probably have something to say, but if it made Amanda happy, I think I just would have to vote ‘yay,’” he reasoned.
