Pinky Cole is attempting to save her 2,814-square-foot Georgia home after it was seized by a creditor.

Following the 38-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta newbie’s bankruptcy filing earlier this year, in which she cited a $1.4 million debt, Pinky, who owns Slutty Vegan and numerous other businesses, returned to court, where she revealed that Guardian Asset Management took ownership of her six-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Loganville and changed the locks.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 24, Pinky stated that after she filed for bankruptcy, the company took her home and put up a notice in her window. However, because she had filed for bankruptcy, efforts to collect should have been paused.

Although Pinky’s attorney attempted to get in touch with Guardian Asset Management, they were unsuccessful in stopping the seizure, which Pinky claims is now causing “extreme financial harm.”

As noted in her court documents, Pinky needs to be able to rent the home to bring in income and has someone who wants to move in with a lease set to begin on April 1. But without access to the property, she will be unable to collect the funds.

When Pinky filed for bankruptcy earlier this year, she noted that she was unemployed with practically no income, aside from the $15,000 a month that her husband, Derrick Hayes, CEO and owner of Big Dave’s Cheesesteaks, brings in.

Pinky is awaiting a response from Guardian Asset Management.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 premieres on Sunday, April 5, at 8/7c on Bravo.
