Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker have settled their divorce.

After months of back and forth, the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum was ordered to pay Todd, 52, a lump sum of $426,000 as the exes agreed to share legal and physical custody of their two kids, Ace, 10, and Blaze, 6, with neither party owing the other child or spousal support.

According to a settlement agreement obtained by TMZ on March 25, Kandi and Todd, who got married in 2014 and split last year, kept the division of their real estate assets private in their court documents, aside from a note that Todd would be moving out of Kandi’s guest house within 15 days of the settlement being signed.

As RHOA fans may recall, Kandi had previously suggested Todd was squatting in the guest house of her Georgia home, while he insisted that he was only staying there since he and his belongings had been removed from the main home.

In addition to Kandi keeping the children’s passports, with Todd having to ask her for them ahead of any potential trips, it was mentioned in the agreement that Kandi will retain ownership of a Bentley SUV, a Cadillac Escalade, a Ford truck, a Porsche SUV, and a 1963 Chevrolet Camaro. Meanwhile, Todd gets to keep a Mercedes G-Wagon, a Porsche sports car, a Range Rover, a 1973 Ford Bronco, a 1963 Lincoln, and a Ford van.

It was also stated that Kandi and Todd agreed to sell a food truck they owned together, and that they would split their reward points from their credit cards.

Additionally, Todd had to pay $38,000 to Kandi for the balance on their 2025-2026 Atlanta Hawks season tickets, even though she would get to keep them.
