Drew Sidora shared a statement on Sunday after losing primary custody of her kids, son Machai, 10, and daughter Anija, 8, to estranged husband Ralph Pittman Jr.
After a judge also ordered her to vacate the Georgia mansion she previously shared with Ralph, 43, the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star addressed the recently publicized information as she spoke of co-parenting and revealed that she’s focused on being the “best mom” to her children and the “best version” of herself.
“Good morning … Some details regarding my divorce have recently become public, although the process is not yet finalized. During this time, Ralph and I are committed to co-parenting and doing what’s best for our children,” Drew wrote on April 12 on X. “While certain things are beyond my control, my focus remains on showing up every day as the best mother I can be. Living in the public eye comes with challenges, but I’m choosing to move forward with grace, growth, and intention.”
“My children are my priority, and I’m committed to leading with love, peace, and positivity. There is no ill intent toward anyone just a continued focus on healing, evolving, and becoming the best version of myself,” she added.

According to TMZ, Drew lost primary custody of her kids due to excessive absences from school. However, she will retain joint custody with Ralph, which will see him caring for the kids during the school year and her seeing them on alternating weekends beginning in August.
As RHOA fans may have seen, things between Drew and Ralph have been extremely contentious since he filed for divorce in March 2023 after eight years of marriage, with allegations of cheating, emotional abuse, and even child abuse, which he denied.
In one post shared on X last year, Ralph lashed out at Drew’s suggestion that he had abused his son, suggesting that he was living in the basement of their marital home due to her false claims.
“The only reason I’m in the basement is because you lied and said I’m abusing my son! Now you’re lying about me bringing a woman in the house. This is what truth looks like. I can keep going. Looking desperate smh,” he wrote at the time.
He also accused Drew of using him for a storyline on RHOA.
“I advise Drew to stop lying and speaking negatively about my character, integrity and/or discrediting my name. This bad guy storyline was successfully used every season, and now it’s time to say goodbye,” he declared.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
