Lisa Hochstein was “all smiles” when she turned herself in to the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on Wednesday morning after she and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, were accused of spying on her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein.

In photos shared of the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star, she was seen in a brown long-sleeved top, blue jeans, brown booties, and oversized sunglasses as she arrived at the jail with her attorney, Jayne Weintraub, and received support from her co-stars, Alexia Nepola, 58, and Adriana de Moura, 60.

“Lisa is voluntarily surrendering. She is being released on her own recognizance,” the attorney told Page Six in a statement on April 15.

Shortly after her arrival at the facility, Lisa posed for a mugshot.

According to jail records obtained by Page Six, Lisa’s bail was set at $5,000, and she was seen leaving in a pickup truck shortly after turning herself in.

“I don’t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough,” Lisa said in her own statement. “I’ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history.”

As RHOM fans may have seen, Jody, 52, whom Lisa split from months ago, was arrested on Saturday and released shortly thereafter. The former couple is facing one count each of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications after “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepting, trying to intercept, or trying to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with” between March 12 and March 31, 2023.

Following Lisa’s arrival at the jail, her castmates weighed in on what Alexia described as a “very sad and unfortunate” situation.

“We’re here to support a friend,” Alexia told Page Six, adding that she had “no comment” about Lenny’s claims.

“I’m just here to support Lisa,” she stated. “[I reached out to Lisa] to let her know that I was here for her for whatever she needs.”

Echoing similar statements, Adriana added, “I’m just here to support my friend and make sure she’s strong and there as a mother for her children. The well-being of her children to me is my biggest concern.”

The Real Housewives of Miami is on pause ahead of season eight.
