Teddi Mellencamp addressed Dorit Kemsley’s claim that Kyle Richards leaked info about the season. Teddi also defended Kyle as Dolores Catania questioned her actions at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion.
At the reunion, Dorit accused Kyle of sharing negative info about her – concerning her troubles with costars this season – to her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, who relayed it to Dorit’s ex PK Kemsley. According to Dorit, PK threw this information in her face. But Kyle denied any involvement (despite Mauricio’s close friendship with PK).
Later in the episode, Kyle later brought up that other castmates, including Rachel Zoe, were talking about Dorit behind her back. A past clip then showed Rachel telling Kyle how Dorit was missing for 45 minutes.
“Dorit is so angry,” said Teddi of the reunion, on Two Ts in a Pod. “Dorit, if PK was lying about paying the mortgage for the past six months, you don’t think he may be lying about who told him she’s having a bad season?” (Earlier in the season, Dorit claimed PK wasn’t paying their mortgage amid the split.)
“I don’t think he’s lying,” said Dolores. “I think Kyle did tell Mau.”
Teddi later addressed how Rachel was talking about Dorit behind her back: “We see unseen footage where Rachel is telling Kyle she was worried because Dorit was missing for 45 minutes.”
Dolores added, “I would be concerned if I didn’t see my friend, whom I went somewhere with for 45 minutes.”
“That’s what I’m saying,” said Teddi.
“Why did Kyle have to bring that up?” asked Dolores.
According to Teddi, Kyle was trying to show that she wasn’t the only castmate talking about Dorit.
“I don’t like when people really do that, to justify what they’re saying,” said Dolores.
But Teddi defended her friend: “[Kyle] feels like, ‘What the hell? I want things to be shown in the order that it happens.'”
“Unless it’s her story,” Dolores clapped back.
