Kyle Richards‘ daughter, Sophia Umansky, underwent a breast lift and fat transfer last week after experiencing rapid weight loss on Mounjaro.
In a series of posts shared to her TikTok page, the 26-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took her fans and followers inside her plastic surgery journey as she enlisted the help of Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, who performed Kyle’s breast reduction in 2022, to attain the body results she was looking for.
“I’m just getting a lift. I’m not getting any implants or anything. I’ve been on Mounjaro for a little over a year now, and at first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly, and then I gained weight back. Now I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium. And as a result of my weight fluctuating, my girls are not sitting where I want them to be sitting. They’re like hanging real low, and I want them to be like, up,” Sophia explained in a video last week, sharing that she would also be having fat transferred from her hips to add volume to the upper part of her breasts.
“I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body, and that’s always the goal,” she said. “I’m really excited.”

She was then seen in snippets from before and after her surgery.

In a couple of images, Sophia was seen leaving the hospital and arriving home.
As Sophia shared her progress, one critic on TikTok said her decision to go under the knife was “insane and sad.”
“I’m so happy though,” Sophia clapped back.
In addition to reacting to backlash on her TikTok page in regard to her surgery, Sophia spoke out about the criticism she’s faced over her use of Mounjaro.
“If you’re honest about things, people can’t even judge you or hate on you because you said it yourself. You’re the one that told everyone, you’re owning it, so anything anyone else has to say, it’s like, ‘Okay, well, I told you that. I’m owning it.’ I think it’s fine. And I always say I’m on Mounjaro. I obviously talk to a doctor,” she told PEOPLE. “People who are telling me that I don’t need to be on it, they don’t know what they’re talking about. They’re not doctors. And I think everyone needs to calm down and live their own lives. And honesty will get you far in life and lying is not fun. It’s not good.”
Sophia also noted that Kyle had been “very supportive of whatever decisions we make as her daughters,” giving a nod to her three sisters, Farrah Aldjufrie, 37, Alexia Umansky, 29, and Portia Umansky, 18.
“I am 25 years old, so I’m an adult, I can do what I want,” she noted. “And of course we have guidance from our mom, and she wasn’t saying like, ‘Oh, you should be on this medication.’ Definitely not saying that. I think she was definitely trying to veer me away from getting on this medication, but once I spoke to doctors and she saw that that’s the path I wanted to take, she was very supportive.”
