Kelsey Swanson revealed a surprising group chat in which Rosie DiMare allegedly claimed to have “ties to production,” as Kelsey accused her of finding “dirt” on every costar before filming.
Kelsey and Rosie began feuding on Real Housewives of Rhode Island after Rosie failed to post the haircut Kelsey gave her. The feud soon turned into accusations about each other’s character. In a recent episode, Kelsey accused Rosie of lying about her life.
“We were in a group chat with all the girls who we thought were going to be on the show,” recalled Kelsey on Mention It All. “Rosie at the time was just making it seem like she was above all of us, saying she had these ties to production.”
“She [said she] was talking to production all day long, so she’s gonna get all the information, [saying] ‘Production called me again. I talked to them all day today,'” Kelsey continued. “This girl’s never met any one of us. I’m like, who is this girl? Slow your roll, because we are all on the same playing field right now.”
Kelsey also shared what Rosie was allegedly up to behind the scenes.
“Before filming, [Rosie] was going around getting all [the] dirt on all of us and had this notes app about all [the] dirt,” she said. “You were working OT before we even started filming to make sure you’d be able to take down all of us.”
In a cast interview for First We Feast, Kelsey was asked which costars instigate drama without ever taking accountability for it.
“This is a toss between Jo-Ellen and Rosie,” said Kelsey, before turning to Jo-Ellen Tiberi. “But I love you.”
“That’s okay,” Jo-Ellen responded.
Rosie added, “I knew she was gonna say me, and I feel the same way about her.”
Later on, the interview got tense as Kelsey tried to smooth things over with Jo-Ellen. “I feel like you kinda own it a little bit,” said Kelsey.
“I try,” said Jo-Ellen, shrugging her shoulders.
