Bethenny Frankel stormed off at a recent event in Florida after Miami-based reporter Michael Refaelovitz didn’t know who she was.
After arriving at the event in a salmon-colored bodycon dress and heels with her new boyfriend, Shane L. Campbell, in tow, the 55-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum exhibited rude behavior toward the man, who was hoping to learn more about her.
“Who am I here with today?” Michael asked in a video shared to his TikTok account at the end of last week.
“Oh! If you don’t know, then ask somebody,” Bethenny replied, storming off as she held hands with Shane.

Following the sharing of the clip, which was taken during an F1 event at Carbone on May 4, fans weighed in on Bethenny’s behavior.
“She is so rude,” one person wrote.
“That was EXTREMELY RUDE of her, you are darling … I just followed you,” someone else said to Michael.
A third follower of Michael’s said Bethenny, who moved to Florida last year, was “A LEGEND IN HER OWN MIND,” while another commenter said, “The ego on that one.”
Others poked fun at the “waddle” Bethenny was doing in her dress as she stomped off, as some noted that she nearly tripped, rolling her ankle as she walked the carpet.
“That was embarrassing,” another person concluded.
Days later, in an Instagram post shared to her own account, Bethenny hard-launched her romance with Shane.
“If a launch … is hard this is a diamond,” she captioned her May 9 post.
