Jesse Lally and his girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, shared their thoughts on Danny Booko’s shocking fight with his wife, Nia Sanchez, on The Valley. The couple also addressed how they met, as Jesse revealed what wasn’t shown concerning his divorce from Michelle Saniei.

In a recent episode, Danny had several drinks and began arguing with Nia, who was simply trying to help him put on makeup for a competition. Many fans accused him of getting drunk and demeaning Nia despite her attempts to be kind to him.

On Two Ts in a Pod, Jesse addressed Danny’s fight with Nia.

“I think I even said [to Danny] at the table, like, ‘You’re such a terrible actor,'” said Jesse, who added that he doesn’t think there’s ‘trouble in paradise’ in their relationship, or that Danny has a drinking problem.

“I think there’s these isolated moments that you see, which is not a definition of the overall character of either of them individually or as a couple,” he said.

His girlfriend, Lacy, added, “I’ve only seen him speak like that under the influence.”

At one point, Lacy addressed how she and Jesse met. “We met on Bumble … like 10, 12 years ago,” she explained, via @vanderpodrecaps on Instagram. “He was kind of low-key still a douchebag, but I love him. He would always be like, hit me up after your dinner [with friends]. And I was like, no, a date is you come and buy me dinner. I’m not gonna call you at 11 at night. So this went back and forth for months.”

“So we never met in person, and then we were Instagram friends, and we both respectively married other people,” she said. “He started DM’ing me on Instagram, like fall of 2023. And I was already divorced at this point. And he’s like, ‘Hey, I noticed your husband’s not with you.’ I was like, what a freak. He’s married, as far as I know. And the show hadn’t come out yet. So I’m like, this married man with a child is DM’ing me. I’m going to message his wife because I hate that s**t.”

But Lacy shared that they eventually met for lunch, which was a “long time coming.”

Later on, Lacy was asked if she actually likes Jesse.

“I love Jesse,” she said. “I feel like it’s so hard because I know that my personality is like, I give every guy a hard time. I just prefer women in general, I’m not like a lesbian, I just prefer [women].”

At one point, Jesse addressed when Michelle allegedly tried to push him through a window.

“That was very early on,” he said, referring to their split, when they were still living in the same house. “Stuff like that happened because we were in this, like, four months of just like keeping [the split] a secret from everybody. I wasn’t telling anybody. I lost a ton of weight. She was going out till like three in the morning. I was checking the cameras.”

“She tells me two or three weeks in the office after we separated that she was in a relationship, and I used to watch her go out, and she would come home, and I’d be checking the cameras, and I knew where [her then-boyfriend] lived, and it was just so hard,” he continued. “I wasn’t eating, I was, like, stress drinking. And then all of a sudden she moves out, and it was like this tit for tat, who’s going to win? Like even basic things, we couldn’t agree on. It just created so much resentment.”

As for their recent scene when Michelle cried after handing Jesse the divorce papers, before they eventually hugged, Jesse shared what wasn’t shown.

“There was a part that wasn’t shown for obvious reasons, like she put the paperwork in front of me, and I looked through it, and I’m like, this is the same paperwork from six months ago. Let’s call your attorney right now. We called him at that table,” said the star. “He’s like, I’ll write it up, have it over to you for your review tomorrow. And from that point on, it was just very quick.”

Jesse was then asked if he had held off on finalizing the divorce because of his $300,000 debt. (In the scene, Michelle said she would agree to pay half of Jesse’s debt if he signed the papers.)

“That wasn’t the only reason,” he said. “There was something that happened when I started doing a little research for taxes, and I found all kinds of like money going to different accounts and stuff. And I had requested a lot of paperwork from her attorney in May. … Finally, after like 28 days, [she] got the paperwork to me, then requested discovery going back to the day we were married. And I threw my hands up in the air.”

“The 90 hours it would take me to put together all of the text messages and emails. Like I’ll cold call 10 houses and be able to make the money that’s missing back,” he said, before cryptically adding, “and I threw my hands up in the air and said like, let’s just agree on this one thing.”

Jesse hinted that there are “so many lies” that he “can’t wait to address” at the reunion.
