The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein‘s estranged husband, Lenny, has been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman.
The claims were made in a new lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe.
TMZ obtained court documents in which the woman claimed she was visiting Miami from London in May 2025 when she met a younger man at Sopra Club who invited her to a private afterparty on Star Island, where Lenny lives.
However, upon her arrival at the mansion, she realized there was no party taking place. This is when she alleges Lenny, 59, drugged her and sexually assaulted her.
Specifically, she claimed he hit on her and gave her a pill he said was a common medicine to help sleep. She said she trusted him since he was a doctor and took the pill.
After taking the drug, the Jane Doe alleged in the suit that she blacked out and didn’t wake up until the next morning. She said Lenny later told her they had sex even though she insisted she had rejected previous advances he’d made.
She noted Lenny told her the pill she took was melatonin, which is a natural sleep aid, but she remembered what it looked like. Upon doing some online research, she realized the drug was not melatonin, but allegedly rather Ambien.
The Jane Doe filed the lawsuit for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
In his own statement, Lenny is vehemently denying the lawsuit claims.
“I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life. This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses,” stated Lenny. “If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.”
Lenny was recently in the headlines when it was reported that Lisa and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, struck a deal with prosecutors after being accused of spying on Lenny.
In the deal they struck, they were able to evade criminal charges.
Specifically, Lenny had accused Lisa and Jody of installing a listening device in his vehicle three years ago. They both ended up being arrested previously this year, but were able to strike a deal to get the charges dismissed as long as they complete a felony pretrial diversion program.
“We have reached an agreement with prosecutors in this matter. All charges against Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden will be dismissed mid-June without any admission of guilt or conviction,” attorneys Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick told Local 10 News in South Florida on May 19.
