Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, have reportedly evaded criminal charges after striking a deal with prosecutors who previously accused them of spying on her former husband, Lenny Hochstein.

Three years after Lenny, 59, claimed the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star and her ex, a 54-year-old tech CEO, installed a listening device in his vehicle, the ex-couple, who were arrested last month, made a deal in which the charges against them will be thrown out — as long as they complete a felony pre-trial diversion program.

“We have reached an agreement with prosecutors in this matter. All charges against Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden will be dismissed mid June without any admission of guilt or conviction,” attorneys Jayne Weintraub and Howard Srebnick said in a statement to Local 10 News in South Florida on May 19.

At the time of their April arrests, Lisa and Jody each faced one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.

According to the arrest warrant for Lisa, she and Jody, whom she split from earlier this year, were accused by Lenny of installing a listening device in the floorboard of his driver’s seat in his 2023 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 SUV amid their contentious divorce after she requested to borrow it because she was considering buying one for herself.

After he came across it, Lenny told his attorney, and his attorney hired a private investigator to examine it. In turn, nearly 100 recordings were discovered, including one that featured Lisa and Jody talking as the device was “wrestled into place” and another that featured the two of them engaged in “intimate activities.” Conversations between Lenny and others were also recovered.

The former couple’s attorneys have said the “matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”
