RHOM's Lenny Hochstein Files for Divorce From Lisa, Says There's No Hope for a "Meaningful Reconciliation," Talks Custody and Confirms Prenup

Lenny Hochstein officially filed for divorce from estranged wife Lisa Hochstein in Florida on Friday.

Days after going public with new girlfriend Katharina Mazepa, the plastic surgeon, 55, submitted documents to end his 12-year marriage to the Real Housewives of Miami cast member, 39, stating that their marriage is “irretrievably broken” and confirming there is no hope for a reconciliation.

In court documents obtained by The Sun, Lenny claimed that “irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties to the extent that their marriage is irretrievably broken and there is no present hope for a meaningful reconciliation,” and he confirmed that he and Lisa have a prenuptial agreement in place.

During their marriage, Lenny and Lisa welcomed two children, son Logan, 6, and daughter Elle, 2.

“Both parents married each other with the full intent of starting a family and becoming parents together and they delight in being parents to their two children,” Lenny wrote in his filing, noting that both he and Lisa “enjoy substantial time-sharing” with their kids.

Lenny also claimed he and the RHOM star “agreed to dissolve their marriage at least a month ago.”

In a statement to Page Six last week, Lenny confirmed plans for divorce, admitting that he initially denied their split because he was trying to “protect [his] family during this process.”

“We have been living separate lives for months and made the decision to divorce last month,” he explained. “It was after the decision was made that I started seeing Katharina. This is something that Lisa was well aware of before it happened.”

Meanwhile, in her own statement, Lisa claimed to have been “blindsided” by the news of her and Lenny’s split, and a source close to her said she was not “aware” of any divorce proceedings.

“She isn’t directly aware of any divorce talk but can assume the direction it’s going since he hasn’t been hiding anything. She hasn’t been served any papers and hasn’t been aware that that’s the case and is just focusing on her children,” the source claimed.

“She’s just shocked that in a heartbeat he would just abandon his family,” they claimed.

Prior to Lenny’s split announcement, he and Lisa were allegedly involved in a “showdown” at Miami nightclub Gala, where Lisa allegedly confronted him and his “new girlfriend.”

“They were all there, and they did have words,” an insider shared. “A drink was thrown.”

The Real Housewives of Miami season five is currently in production and expected to begin streaming on Peacock sometime later this year.
