Melissa Gorga‘s daughter, Antonia Gorga, confirmed she got a nose job on social media on Wednesday.
As she seemingly admitted that she’d been on the fence about going under the knife, Antonia, the 20-year-old daughter of the 47-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her husband, Joe Gorga, 51, posted a video of herself before and after the plastic surgery.
“Girl don’t do it. It’s not worth it,” a voice said as Antonia was seen before the surgery. Then, as another voice said, “I’m not gonna do it, girl. I was just thinking about it. I’m not gonna do it,” and later admitted, “I did it,” she was seen with a bandage on and under her nose.

“Surprise,” she captioned the June 10 clip, tagging Dr. Sam Rizk, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon who specializes in deep plane facelifts, eye lifts, rhinoplasty, and brow lifts and has over 25 years of experience.

In comments, Melissa and Margaret Josephs, 59, reacted.
“Oh my God! My baby is being open and honest,” Melissa proclaimed.
“Excited for you ! Not sure how you can even be more gorgeous!!!” added Marge.
Jennifer Fessler, 57, spoke out as well, writing, “Tonia!!! You went to the best of the best! I’m so excited for you although I agree with Margaret I can’t imagine you could be more gorgeous.”
As RHONJ fans may recall, Jenn enlisted Dr. Rizk years ago for her deep plane facelift and rhinoplasty.
