Andy Cohen promised to question Amanda Batula on if she took medication before the Summer House reunion. Meanwhile, Lindsay Hubbard teased her one-on-one with Amanda in next week’s bonus episode: “I was stern.”

At the recent reunion, Andy asked West Wilson (amid his controversial romance with Amanda) if he was on beta blockers, given that he seemed to lack emotion as his good friend Jesse Solomon was crying. Many fans wondered why Andy didn’t ask the same question to Amanda, who also seemed to be uncharacteristically deadpan.

After the reunion, Bravo revealed that Lindsay and Amanda filmed a one-on-one for a bonus episode, diving deeper into her relationship with West.

On SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, a fan called in to ask Andy why he didn’t also question if Amanda was on beta blockers at the reunion.

“I know everyone’s asking about how you asked West about like the medication or whatever. I think what we really need to be asking though is why didn’t he ask Amanda when she was the one who could barely hold open her eyes or like raise an octave,” said the caller. “She clearly was on something.”

Andy answered on Wednesday, “I will be asking her at the In the City reunion, which we are filming tomorrow,” said Andy. “Yes, absolutely. Promise.”

Later in the episode, Andy called up Lindsay to get tea on the upcoming bonus episode – where she filmed a one-on-one with Amanda. Andy asked if Lindsay was able to get more clarity on the West romance.

“I will say I was very proud of myself. I did not get activated. I did not raise my voice. I was not angry,” said Lindsay. “But I was stern. And I think it was a little bit of both. I had a lot of questions left over from the reunion that I wanted answered and then I also had some messages for Amanda that I wanted to get through.”

“I think that when a girl is going through something, she needs a tough love friend. And I tried to straddle the line a little bit as like a big sister,” she went on.

Lindsay later told Andy, “Don’t be mad at me” – seemingly referring to her past claim that they learned nothing at the reunion.

“I’m not mad,” he said. “What are you talking about? I’m not mad at you. You were doing the Lord’s work. It’s teamwork that makes the dream work.”

“I was just saying what we were all thinking,” Lindsay responded.
