Tom Sandoval‘s girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, has been arrested after an alleged assault.
Weeks after the couple seemingly rekindled their romance after a rumored split, the 43-year-old Vanderpump Rules star filed a restraining order against Victoria, 33, aiming to remove both her and her father, Will Robinson, from his home in Los Angeles.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on June 25, Tom claimed that after a night of drinking, he was verbally and physically abused by Victoria, noting that her mistreatment of him was nothing new.
During the spat, Tom claimed Victoria’s dad became aggressive, leading him to lock himself in one of his guest rooms. However, after doing so, Will reportedly “punched a large hole” in the room and then stuck his face into it, threatening to f*ck Tom up with a smile on his face.
As for Victoria, she reportedly hit Tom so hard that he couldn’t see straight before grabbing her phone and attempting to paint herself as a victim as she recorded the former reality star. Once Tom called the cops, however, she was taken into custody.
It was also alleged by Tom that Will locked him in a bear hug on June 3, prior to Victoria’s apparent assault.
After welcoming Victoria and Will into his home, Tom said he was regularly abused by Victoria, claiming she punched him in the face, threw a bottle at him, and verbally abused him. He even said that she changed his passwords on his phone and social media accounts, tracked him with an AirTag, and told him he was a “fucking loser” and that she could do way better.
