Tom Sandoval is seen pushing Victoria Lee Robinson‘s dad, Will Robinson, into a fire pit in shocking footage taken at his Los Angeles home.
After the 43-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum accused Victoria, 33, and her dad of assaulting him earlier this month, which led to the arrest of the model, Will posted a telling clip in a Facebook group on Thursday, which revealed what really happened between them.
In the video, Tom is seen arguing with Will about something he claimed he didn’t say when he realizes that Victoria is recording him.
“Are you recording me right now?” he asks.
Then, as he attempts to wrestle the phone or device away from Victoria, Will grabs him around the waist and drags him off her. In response, Tom asks, “What the f*ck?” He then shoves Will into the fire pit, causing him to topple over backwards.
After Tom goes inside, Will gets up off the ground and follows him into the home, where they continue with their verbal dispute off-camera.

As noted in court documents shared by Us Weekly, Tom claimed he experienced “verbal and physical abuse” from Victoria and Will on June 3 after a night of drinking, and alleged that he had been attacked by Will and his girlfriend.
“[Will] grabbed my arms and shoulders and wrapped his arms around me. Feeling trapped and violated, I pushed him away from me in order to protect myself and create distance, which caused him to fall,” he wrote. “[Will] was the first person to put his hands on me. At no point did I pursue [Will].”
“After he grabbed me, I retreated into the residence and locked myself in the spare bedroom to remove myself from the confrontation. While I was barricaded inside the spare room, [Will] followed me, threatened me and punched a large hole approximately 12 x 12 inches in the spare bedroom door, where I had taken shelter,” he continued, going on to reveal that Victoria had allegedly come into the room and “hit my face and temple area towards my hairline.”

Following the filing of Tom’s report, Victoria was arrested and released the same day on bond.
“They are broken up,” the insider told Us Weekly in regard to their status. “Tom has endured this abuse for many months. For the most part, Tom has been supporting Victoria and her dad as Tom has been paying the rent and utilities. Victoria’s dad has been living in the house for free. He put up with far too much for too long.”
Meanwhile, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on June 25, Tom’s request for a temporary restraining order against Victoria and Will has been granted by a judge, who also ordered the pair to move out of his home.
