Tom Sandoval‘s ex, Victoria Lee Robinson‘s father, Will Robinson, is attempting to get a restraining order against Tom after claiming he was hurt in a fight with Tom.
As Reality Blurb reported earlier, a shocking video surfaced of the Vanderpump Rules alum appearing to push Will into a fire pit.
This came fresh on the heels of news that Tom had accused Victoria and her dad of assaulting him, which led to Victoria being arrested.
According to TMZ, which obtained court documents, Will is seeking a restraining order. He is alleging that during the fight, which took place on June 3 at the home in Hollywood Hills that Will, Victoria, and Tom were living in, his back got hurt.
Specifically, during the altercation, Will claims he got a ruptured disc in his back, broke his thumb and elbow, and cut his heel
During the night of the argument, Will’s version of events is that Victoria and Tom were fighting over “Tom lying,” and that Tom allegedly “overpowered” Victoria, at which point Will got involved.
After Tom ran into the house and locked himself in a guest room, Will alleged that Tom “began talking about himself having a gun.”
While Will did not explicitly say Tom threatened to use the gun, he noted the comment concerned him enough to tell police about it when they showed up.
Tom ended up being granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria and Will, as he claimed that Victoria hit him and Will punched a hole through a bedroom door, threatened him, and put him in a bear hug at some point during the fight.
Victoria and Will were ordered to move out of the house, but in the newest documents, Will has insisted he wants his cat, Pumpkin, and Victoria’s three cats, Keeks, Punk, and Yellow returned.
He has also requested that Tom stay 100 yards away from him and his daughter.
UPDATE: TMZ is reporting a judge had denied Will’s restraining order for now citing that they need more information at an upcoming court hearing before issuing the order.
