Fresh off the heels of news that Taylor Frankie Paul‘s season of The Bachelorette may finally see the light of day, a new report has revealed her ex, Dakota Mortensen, who starred on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives with her,  called the cops on her again.

Taylor first revealed she had a new issue with the authorities, writing on her Instagram Story, “Cops called on me again THIS WEEK… what are the odds? And it’s not people… It’s ONE person, the same person. It’s obsessive.”

While she didn’t reveal who was behind phoning the police, TMZ spoke to the Bluffdale Police Department, who informed them that Dakota contacted them last Friday. He reportedly had concerns about the protective order he currently has with Taylor in regard to drop-off and custody of their shared child, Ever

The outlet revealed that officers reached out to Taylor to make sure they all had the same understanding regarding the protective order and drop-off hours. TMZ noted that the matter is currently in the hands of the district attorney.

A source in the know regarding the situation said there was no new altercation between Dakota and Taylor and that the pair have not seen or spoken to one another since their dual restraining orders were issued.

While it is uncertain if Taylor’s newest run-in with the law will have any effect on whether her season of The Bachelorette actually does air, the network put the kibosh on it airing in March after domestic violence accusations surfaced. Specifically, after video footage of Taylor nearly hitting her daughter with a chair she threw at Dakota was revealed, the network opted not to move forward with airing the show.

In the video, Dakota attempted to get away from an attack from Taylor that he felt was “physical abuse.”

“See, Taylor, this is all you do,” he said as Taylor kicked and hit him. “It’s the only thing you know how to do is hurt me. Hon, you think this is okay? It’s not okay.”

After she stated she doesn’t “give a f*ck,” Taylor grabbed a nearby chair and attempted to strike Dakota with it while her daughter was sitting on a nearby couch.

“Your daughter is right here,” Dakota informed her.

Taylor’s daughter began to sob, leading Dakota to beg Taylor to “please stop” and tell her she was “done.”

“I’m done taking the blame for you,” he added, as she insisted he “get the f*ck out.”

In a statement to TMZ on March 19, a spokesperson for Disney Entertainment, the parent company of ABC, said, “In light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of ‘The Bachelorette’ at this time, and our focus is on supporting the family.”

Last week, a new report from TMZ detailed that there is a discussion to finally air the show starting in mid-July, even though no final plans have been made.

According to the insiders, once the show was canceled, editors still worked on cutting episodes, which they noted was a sign ABC wanted to leave the door open for the show to still possibly air at some point.
