Andy Cohen called out Vicki Gunvalson on a recent episode of his Radio Andy show after seeing that she had claimed that her daughter, Briana Culberson, told him to “lose [her] number” after he reached out to her about making a cameo on The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20.

While confirming that he was planning to confront the OG of the OC about the matter on an upcoming episode, Andy, 58, accused Vicki, 64, of lying about an interaction he had with Briana, 39.

“Vicki, who I will be confronting about this, on my sit-down that airs on Monday, Vicki said in some interview that we had reached out to — that I had reached out to Briana, her daughter, to come on [Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip], or no, to come on [RHOC] season 20. I wanted her to come on and be in a scene or two, and that Briana had said to me, ‘Lose my number,’” Andy began on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live.

“That is an incorrect characterization,” he added.

Andy then revealed what really went down between him and Briana after he spoke with her about the matter.

“Briana and I had a side conversation this morning. She’s like, ‘I don’t know where this rumor started.’ And I go, ‘I’m gonna tell you where it started.’ She goes, ‘We had a lovely talk.’ I go, ‘Yeah, that started from your mom.’ She was like, ‘Oh, Vicki.’ So I am going to speak to Vicki about that on the radio. I’m going to read the texts that I got from Briana last night,” he warned.

As fans may have seen, Vicki made the claim about Briana earlier this week as she suggested that Briana had distanced herself from the show because she didn’t like how Bravo portrayed her husband, Ryan Culberson.

“My daughter wants nothing to do with [RHOC],” Vicki told The Hollywood Reporter on August 4. “[In a past season] her husband just got back from the Marine Corps — six tours overseas — and he’s got some PTSD, and they really showed a bad light of him.”

Vicki went on to say that while she had asked Briana to join her for a cameo, her daughter was unwilling.

“She just was like, ‘Mom, I want nothing to do with it.’ I’m like, ‘Can you do a cameo? Can you come on for a little bit?’” she alleged. “Andy even called her for this season, and she was like, ‘Please lose my number.’ What the show did to their family was not good.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
