Tamra Judge can’t believe that Amanda Frances was reportedly fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ahead of its upcoming 16th season.
On Threads, Tamra, 58, defended herself against claims of MAGA cast members on The Real Housewives of Orange County, including co-star Emily Simpson, 50. Tamra also weighed in on Amanda’s exit from Bravo after reading a report that suggested she “wasn’t asked back for season 16.”
“I find that hard to believe she wasn’t asked back. Big mistake!” Tamra declared on August 8.
Tamra also suggested that RHOBH needed someone like Amanda, 40.
“She gave us something to talk about. Beverly Hills needs somebody that’s polarizing,” she added.
Meanwhile, after a fan wrote to Andy Cohen, 58, asking, “Why so many MAGA women?? I can’t watch OC anymore because of them,” Tamra clarified, “This Housewife is not MAGA!”
As fans may have seen, Andy hosted a Q&A on Threads over the weekend, where he explained why there were women with different political views on RHOC.
“If we didn’t showcase people with different POV’s there would be no show. Also it’s a show about the women and their relationships, not about politics,” he stated.
Andy’s comment came just weeks after Emily was exposed for having donated over $1,500 to President Donald Trump, 80, ahead of the 2020 election.
While screenshots showed several of Emily’s donations, she denied that she was MAGA when confronted.
“I have strong values and that makes me inherently anti maga. But keep believing what fake rumors you will. (A very maga trait tho),” she told one of her critics.
