According to a recent report, Below Deck Mediterranean star Nathan Gallagher is wanted in Ireland as there’s a live bench warrant for his arrest after he allegedly assaulted another man in 2022.
Earlier this month, news broke that Nathan was arrested for a separate incident in Australia in December, after he allegedly assaulted a 29-year-old woman. Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Gael Cameron has filed for an apprehended violence application (the reported equivalent of a restraining order in Australia). Nathan is due to appear in court September 1.
According to Donegal Dailey, Nathan, who comes from Burtonport, Ireland, is wanted in Ireland for an assault charge. The outlet said there’s a live bench warrant for Nathan’s arrest, and the warrant was made in April of 2025 at Dungloe District Court after Nathan failed to appear in court.
He was reportedly charged with assaulting a man in August 2022 at Main Street, Dungloe, and causing the man harm.
On December 27, 2025 in Australia, Nathan was arrested at an apartment complex before he was delivered to Gladesville Police Station. Police told Donegal Daily that Nathan is accused of assaulting a 29-year-old woman (who he knows) at the same apartment complex the day before.
Earlier this week, Nathan addressed his December arrest in Australia.
“I don’t believe the public has heard the full story surrounding what happened,” said the star at the time in a statement to Rolling Stone. “I understand [New South Wales] Police have confirmed my arrest in December 2025. What has been publicly reported, however, represents only one side of what was an extremely complicated situation.”
“I have contemporaneous video footage from the night in question, as well as messages and other records, which I believe provide important context and show events that have not been publicly reported,” he added. “I am willing to provide the relevant footage so that you can make your own assessment of what it shows.”
He claimed that are “other matters” about his relationship that he’s “never discussed publicly.”
“[This includes] circumstances surrounding the breakdown of our relationship, previous allegations she made about a former partner, and financial matters relating to the purchase of an apartment in Sydney,” he went on. “I have retained documentation and communications relating to those matters as well.”
