Khloe Kardashian had fans wondering, “Who is this?,” after sharing a series of new photos on Instagram earlier this week.
After posting images of herself looking quite different than usual as she paired a polka-dot halter with a matching bow and rosy glam, the 42-year-old star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Kardashians was met with a bevy of fans who suspected she got a whole “new face” or went overboard with filler.
After sharing the photos on August 24, someone on Reddit joked that it was the reality star’s “10th new face.”
“Unrecognizable omg. I really didn’t even think this was her for a good 30 seconds,” they admitted, along with the photos Khloe shared.

In the thread, fans asked questions, like, “What has she done to herself?”
“She looks like if she entered a Khloe Kardashian lookalike competiton, she would lose,” a fan noted.
Another said, “She got her cheeks filled to the max.”
Elsewhere, a third person suspected Khloe’s look was the result of “FaceTune.”
“She doesn’t look like that lol that’s not a new face that’s just a face that doesn’t exist,” they explained.

On Instagram, fans were just as confused by Khloe’s appearance.
“Dude, leave your face alone, man,” one person begged.
“What happened to her face?” another asked.
“Do your children even recognize you?” wondered a third.
Just over a year ago, after an Instagram post speculated about the cosmetic procedures she may have had done, suggesting she may have undergone a nose job, temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, face and neck lifts, a chin implant, and lip filler, Khloe offered a lengthy response.

Following the suspicions, Khloe admitted she took the claims as a “great compliment” as she revealed what procedures she’d actually had done.
“Here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done so here we go,” she said. “Nose job … Laser Hair for the hairline and everywhere else … Botox and Sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek … Soft wave laser for skin tightening … filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down).”
“Lost 80 pounds over the years (slow and steady),” she went on. “Collagen baby Threads underneath my chin and neck … Salmon sperm facials / regular facials, peptides, vitamins and daily skin care.”
