The divorce drama between The Valley star Brittany Cartwright and her ex Jax Taylor is continuing to erupt.

Last week, Brittany, 37, was granted a restraining order against Jax, 47, after she accused him of physically attacking her, stalking her, and threatening to “gut” her.

In a breaking news report, it has been revealed by TMZ that Jax is seeking his own restraining order.

The outlet obtained a petition for a restraining order that he filed in which he asked a judge to order Brittany to stay 100 yards away from him and not contact him.

Jax also requested that his ex stop interfering with business deals he has in place.

He alleged Brittany spread lies about him on social media and the internet and that she contacted potential employers. He also claimed she threatened to publicly admonish them or “worse if they hire me or associate with me in any way.”

In addition, Jax alleged Brittany’s actions cost him a role on the reality show Special Forces that he says would have been his “comeback role.” He also said he would have made $175K for it.

He went on to claim that Brittany went after six of his employers or partners this month alone, which he alleged forced the companies “to distance themselves from me out of fear that she will create a public backlash against them.”

Jax then accused Brittany of being “grossly negligent” with their son, Cruz Cauchi, who has autism. Jax stated Brittany has been refusing to work with Cruz on his medical needs.

Another allegation was also made, as he said he learned Brittany was “massively unstable and an alcoholic” after he began his relationship with her.

As for Jax, he stated he’s been sober for almost two years and continues with weekly therapy and submits to random drug tests at Brittany’s discretion.

Jax also accused his ex of calling him an “a*shole,” “loser,” and “dirty d*ck,” as well as launching a “full on attack” after she learned of his relationship with her ex publicist Lori Krebs.

Finally, he said he gets $5K per month on his Bravo deal, which is coming to an end in November 2026.

He claimed Brittany told producers she won’t film with him. He is asking the court for assistance because his savings are “rapidly diminishing,” and he said he wants the right to work and earn money so he can move forward in his life.

In another report today from TMZ, it was revealed that Brittany wants to keep their son away from Lori.

The outlet got messages Jax and Brittany exchanged on July 15, 2026, one day after they broke the news that Jax was in a relationship with Lori.

“Your sick brain thought it was okay to have a random guy sleep in the same house with my son … a guy you had to pay to be your boyfriend none the less,” Jax wrote.
