Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta watched Shamea Morton be open on the last season of the show that her husband, Gerald Mwangi, was uncomfortable with her doing romantic scenes while she was acting.

Specifically, Shamea. 44, had copped to Gerald, 64,  telling her she did a good job at first but then saying he was uncomfortable watching her “be with another man” on screen.

Recently, Kandi Burruss‘ ex Todd Tucker posted a steamy clip of Shamea and Michael “Bolo” Bolwaire, an exotic dancer and actor who appeared on RHOA season 13.

The X-rated clip Todd, 53, shared was from the film Don’t Bring Your Man to Atlanta, which Todd directed and produced. It was shared by The Gworls are Fighting account on social media platform X, which led some fans to ask why Todd decided to include the scene.

One person called out the scene as “very unnecessary and artless,” while another questioned why one would risk marital tension over a spicy scene in a Todd film.

Bolo, 38, was also called into the debate because his appearance on RHOA years ago was controversial. As fans of the show likely recall, Bolo allegedly had a sexual encounter with multiple cast members while appearing for Cynthia Bailey‘s bachelorette party.

At the time, Kenya Moore had alleged she woke up at 6:00 AM to “moans and groans” coming from a private room. She accused Porsha Williams and friend of the Housewives Tanya Sam of having a threesome with Bolo.

Porsha, Tanya, and Bolo all denied the allegations.

Due to Bolo’s past controversy with the show, some fans thought it was ironic that Shamea would have an intimate scene with him, especially given the fact that her husband was uncomfortable with her filming scenes with other men.

“The scene was a lot,” one X member wrote. “Like, why is Shamea risking her marriage for some bootleg movie? It’s not even Lifetime Movie Network. 😭😭”

“The whole ATL cast had some Bolo Dolo, including Porsha and Shamea 😆,” another person alleged.

“She literally doing anything to be famous,” a third person stated. “Wrecking her multimillion-dollar life for fame. I would live my rich life in peace. I mean, this girl even be filming on YouTube. Like d*mn, is it that serious?”

Some people also noted that RHOA‘s 18th season is currently filming, calling into question the timing of the scene being shared.

“They are filming right now; the producers done saved that clip & all the comments,” one person said. “I know they are trying to get Shamea AND Gerald to speak on the scene, and I fear Gerald will not be saying a word and Shamea is gonna go into victim mode. Child Shamea gonna have another tough season.”

Shamea has yet to comment on the scene.
