The ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County are splitting up. Half of the ladies are heading to Los Olivos, while the other half spend the night in LaQuinta at Vicki‘s house. Tensions are thick since Gina has unresolved issues with Heather and Vicki is stressed by the group’s ever-prying ways…
Tamra has decided NOT to host Shannon and Vicki in Los Olivos because she would rather get to know Carmella better with Heather and Gina. In the meantime, Vicki, Emily, Shannon, and Jenn are headed to Vicki’s home in LaQuinta. This is her third home, but that’s what happens when you work hard! Shannon has matching jammies and whoop it up hats in hopes that Vicki will let her hair down a little during this trip.
Carmella has decided to drive the group to Los Olivos, which is nice, except she’s late. Before she scoops Heather up, the ladies chat about the “trash” comment. Carmella is taking their relationship at face value, but can see how Heather’s behavior can seem a bit two-faced. Gina is sick of Heather’s fakeness and it makes her question their friendship. They all decide not to bring up the issues once Heather enters the car.
As they are sh*t talking Vicki and her engagement ring purgatory, Carmella gets pulled over for blacked out windows and expired registration. Woopsie.
Upon arriving at Vicki’s, they are told that they have a very busy day ahead. The ladies are excited to whoop it up with Vicki, but have a few bones to pick with her. Emily points out that when Vicki gets frustrated, she goes for Jenn. Vicki retorts that Jenn is the “low-hanging fruit,” which does not sit well with the group.
As they prepare for golf, Michael, Vicki’s boyfriend, sneaks into the house and it kinda changes the vibes of this girls’ trip. Emily realizes that there’s a pattern with Michael- he always seems to just pop up.
It’s also interesting that Vicki has not seemed to stop working…what happened to fun Vicki ready to whoop it up? It’s a 24 hour girls’ trip, but Vicki is simply too busy to put the phone down. Luckily, she takes a break for golf…if you can call it that. Vicki claims she is excited to have the girls at her house, but she is getting sick of them picking on her workload.
Over in Solvang, Tamra has set up a bike riding experience. Heather and Carmella share a bike and Heather claims that she is confused by Gina’s motives. Heather calls Gina’s move disappointing and states in her confessional that what these ladies have said about Carmella behind her back is atrocious.
Gina believes that Heather snubbing her for real estate work is a retaliation because she outed Heather’s trash comment. She can hardly hold it in a minute longer and confronts Heather during dinner. Gina wonders why Heather did not utilize her as a real estate agent and explains that it hurt her. Heather tries to share that she is looking for a rental in the area Carmella lives, but that’s not good enough for Gina. Gina points out that Heather talked badly about Carmella and now they’re bff?
Gina believes that Heather is deflecting, but Heather thinks that Gina is purposely twisting things to hurt her. When Heather explains this is her opinion, Gina retorts, “well your opinion sucks.”
Tamra steps in to try and help the situation, but Gina is on fire. She calls Heather fake and Heather finds it difficult to have a friendship with someone always looking for issues. Carmella wonders what the timeline was with Heather and Heather tries to ground zero the situation.
The wheels are falling off in LaQuinta. Jenn wonders why Vicki always takes jabs at Jenn and Shannon reminds Vicki it’s not nice to call someone low-hanging fruit. Emily realizes that Vicki has a strong opinion about everyone, but would rather not share as much about herself. Vicki feels like other people’s opinions are not helpful for her relationships, but Emily believes their friendships are not reciprocated.
Vicki gets defensive and questions why the ladies are coming after her in her home. Vicki angrily demands that they stop picking on her. Jenn wonders why Vicki does not take accountability and as they prepare to make pizzas, Vicki continues to carry on. Shannon tries to act as mediator, but Vicki finds that rude. She would rather Shannon stick up for her.
Jenn tries to apologize to Vicki, but reminds Vicki that she did not say sorry. Vicki loses her marbles, despite Shannon trying to lighten the mood. Vicki explains that Michael is worried about Vicki’s stress level around the group and wonders why everyone is still talking about the low-hanging fruit comment.
Vicki feels disrespected and leaves the ladies alone in the kitchen wondering what to do next. When Michael arrives home, the tension is thick and Jenn suggests they leave. Something is very off and Shannon goes to find Vicki. Vicki wants everyone to get “the f*ck out of my home. I am out of my mind”…I’ll say! To be continued…
