Jennifer Pedranti reacted to Vicki Gunvalson saying she was “low-hanging fruit” on Thursday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
As she also responded to Vicki, 64, hiding her relationship on The Real Housewives of Orange County, accused her of being jealous of Carmella Garcia, 44, and spoke of Heather Dubrow‘s decision not to use Gina Kirschenheiter, 42, as her real estate agent, Jennifer, 49, confirmed she and her fiancé, Ryan Boyajian, have set a wedding date, and she revealed whether she regretted telling Tamra Judge, 57, what Heather, 57, said about her behind her back.
“I sat there, and I was like, ‘Wait. Am I … No. Just swallow it. Just take it. You just got here. Don’t take the bait. You just got to her home. Address it later.’ But honestly, I was like, ‘That is like a crap statement to say about somebody,'” Jennifer recalled of Vicki’s “low-hanging fruit” comment on the September 10 episode of WWHL.
“If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all,” she later advised.
According to Jennifer, Vicki lacks awareness when it comes to what it takes to be on a reality show.
“She’s on a reality show. But, ‘I’m not talking about this. I’m not talking about this. I’m gonna leave at this time. I’m not gonna share this. And I don’t care,’” she noted, mocking Vicki.
Although Jennifer felt that Vicki should share more, she understood her decision to keep Michael away from the series.
“Vicki has shared with us several times that she feels like being within the friend group has damaged her relationships, so that’s why she tells us with Michael, she’s like, ‘I’m not sharing. I’m not talking about it.’ She wants to keep it very private and close to the vest,” Jennifer reasoned. “It’s hard. She’s been through it.”
Then, after saying Carmella ignited the most jealousy in Vicki, Jennifer weighed in on Heather enlisting the help of Carmella, rather than Gina, as she hunted for a place for her daughter, Max.
“She made it make sense, but Heather’s really good at that,” Jennifer stated. “She should’ve used Gina. That’s a longtime friendship.”
Jennifer also shaded Heather’s comment about Carmella being “trash.”
“I think she owned it, but the thing with Heather is, I think what’s frustrating is, did she own it because she kind of got caught in it?” she wondered.
Also on the live show, Jennifer said she and Ryan “set a date.”
“So right before spring break, in April, going to Cabo, go to the boat. Doing it,” she revealed.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Jennifer admitted that Tamra and Heather’s relationship had gotten “closer” since she told Tamra about Heather putting her in a box and being critical of her behavior, and she confirmed that she had no regrets about bringing up what was being said behind her castmates’ backs.
“We were in this phase of ‘we’re gonna get it all out there, and we’re gonna move forward,’ and it was like, ‘Okay, well, if everybody feels this way about Tamra behind her back, then let’s just get out and tell her how we all feel,'” she explained.
Jennifer then confessed that she “overstepped” when she told Tamra how Heather felt, and she applauded Tamra for staying calm amid the reveal.
“Normally, I will tell you, Tamra would’ve … that would’ve not sat well with Tamra. She would’ve blown up. So I regret speaking for Heather, but I had good intent,” she stated.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
