Lexi Wood shared a heartfelt tribute to ex-boyfriend Presley Gerber following his apparent overdose on Sunday.
Days after it was reported that Presley, the son of model Cindy Crawford, 60, and Casamigos co-founder Rande Gerber, 64, had passed away at a rehab facility in Los Angeles, the 28-year-old Summer House alum, who dated Presley, 27, briefly at the end of 2022 following years of friendship, shared a slideshow of photos taken during their time together as she gushed over her former partner.
“It’s hard to put into words what it means to lose someone who was such a meaningful part of my life for so many years. Through every chapter and every version of our relationship, friendship was always at the core of it,” Lexi wrote on September 22. “Everyone who loved Presley and was loved by him knows he was one of the kindest, most open, loving and courageous people … He loved so deeply, so purely, was incredibly romantic and thoughtful … He was also incredibly resilient.”
As some may know, Presley had been open about his addiction struggles in the years that led up to his death.
“He fought so hard for his life and he was brave enough to be open about that fight. More than anything, he wanted to use his story to help other people, and he did,” Lexi explained.
“I feel so lucky to have shared so many years of friendship, so many memories and so much love with him. He will always hold such a special place in my heart, and we will all miss him forever,” she concluded.

Lexi and Presley went Instagram official on November 1, 2022, with Presley writing, “Guys, I did it. I’ve found the person that makes me the happiest person I’ve ever been.”
Then, the following month, their breakup was reported, and they removed all photos of one another from their social media pages.
“They realized very quickly it wasn’t going to be a long-term relationship,” a source explained to E! News at the time.
