Whitney Rose spoke of having boundaries for Meredith Marks amid their messy feud on the currently airing seventh season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
As Whitney, 39, was seen attempting to apologize to both Meredith, 54, and Lisa Barlow, 51, on the show, she admitted to needing space from Meredith, suggested their past friendship had been one-sided, and accused Meredith of constantly staring at her when they film.
“Boundaries are a big thing with Meredith now,” Whitney told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week. “I feel like I did everything I could sincerely to repair the friendship, but I don’t want to be in a one-sided friendship, and I’ve learned to have boundaries that just because I love and I love big and deep and wide, not everyone deserves that.”
According to Whitney, she and Meredith can easily “co-exist” since she often forgets she’s around.
“It’s funny, but when we’re filming, I honestly sometimes forget she’s there and like, honestly, and then I look at the end of the table. I’m like, ‘Ah! She’s staring at me again! Oh my god.’ She’s just always staring at me, and she’s just quiet,” Whitney alleged. “She has a quiet intensity, and I sometimes forget she’s there until I make eye contact with her.”
Still, Whitney did hint that she missed the friendship she and Meredith once shared, adding, “But it’s sad because her and I used to have, good, a good bond.”

Meanwhile, in a post shared on September 20 on Threads, Meredith signaled Whitney’s “obsession” and accused Whitney of trying to get her fired.
“I think it’s funny when someone who is trying to get you fired pretends that they don’t notice you. Not only have they noticed, but trying to get someone fired actually exudes obsession,” Meredith alleged.
In response, Lisa appeared to give a nod to Meredith’s recent facelift, saying, “She just can’t stop looking at your pretty face,” which prompted Meredith to share a laughing and heart emoji.
