Jackie Goldschneider confirmed she was fired from The Real Housewives of New Jersey and revealed whether she would return during an appearance on a podcast last week.
While also reacting to the exits of Margaret Josephs, 59, Jennifer Aydin, 49, Danielle Cabral, 41, and Rachel Fuda, 35, offering an update on her friendship with Teresa Giudice, 54, and shading the cafe of Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel, 55, Jackie said that she did not quit the show.
“I’m not one of those people who’s gonna bullsh*t you and tell you like, ‘Oh, I left. I quit.’ I did not quit. Like, we all know that nobody who got cut, quit,” Jackie, 49, began on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea.
She then said that because she had been serving as a series “friend” for two seasons, her exit did not come as a shock.
“I sort of knew it was coming. I knew they were going to change the cast, and we had two years before we got that phone call, so I kind of like, got back into my regular life,” she shared. “[And] I have a very full regular life. Like, I have four kids. Two of them are preparing to go to college. One of them is like, a serious athlete. I want to be at all his games. I have other things I’m working on. So for me, I was like, kind of ready to go.”
What Jackie wasn’t ready for was watching her co-stars continue without her, especially the ones that she had feuded with in the past.
“I said to [Evan Goldschneider], I said, ‘I will, like, ride off into the sunset and be so happy … as long as all the people who tried to screw me get fired also,’ and that happened. All the people that did,” she confirmed.
Although Jackie noted that Teresa, Melissa Gorga, 47, and Dolores Catania, 55, hadn’t come after her, she said that the others “actively went out of their way” to do so.
“I didn’t want anyone who was wishing me bad to win. So as long as we all left at the same time, I’m so happy,” Jackie stated.
As for whether she’d return, Jackie declared, “I love Bravo … I would go back if they asked me.”
Regarding her relationships with her former castmates, Jackie confirmed that she no longer talks to Melissa and hasn’t spoken to Teresa since filming began on season 15 months ago.
“We spoke right before that, but like, I’m good at giving her her space right now, and if we’re meant to be, like, continue a friendship … I like her … and we had a nice friendship. I think it’s probably on pause right now while she’s involved in the new season because it’s awkward, right? And then I’m sure we’ll come back to each other,” Jackie explained.

Also during the interview, Jackie admitted she didn’t like the name of Bethenny’s diet-focused Supermodel Cafe.
“At least she’s eating… at least she’s promoting eating something. [But] I don’t love the name ‘Supermodel’ because I think when people think of that they think of rail thin and that you don’t eat,” Jackie explained. “But I mean, Bethenny has never cared about being on the politically correct side of things, so it tracks.”
Jackie then seemingly shaded Danielle, who showed up to the opening of Supermodel Cafe and shared a series of videos praising Bethenny as her “idol.”
“I don’t like showing up for other housewife things unless I’m specifically asked to go. I’m not going to fangirl. I have no fangirl in me. There are certain housewives I absolutely love … but in general, I’m not gonna show up,” Jackie stated.

Jackie Goldschneider was featured in a full-time role on The Real Housewives of New Jersey from season nine through season 12 and as a friend on seasons 13 and 14.
