Heather Dubrow revealed Tamra Judge’s past text about Gretchen Rossi, and she recalled Meghan King’s outfit on Real Housewives of Orange County that “made no sense” and was “beyond hideous.”
Heather’s friend Gretchen is known for her distinct outfits, which some castmates have compared to pageant queens. When Gretchen was on the show last season, she feuded often with Tamra, who’s been her nemesis for years. Heather is also still friends with Meghan, another alum.
On the B**ch Bible podcast, Heather defended Gretchen’s outfits.
“I love her clothes. They give me life,” said Heather. “Tamra used to text me and be like, ‘Oh my God, what is she doing [with that outfit]?’ I would [reply], ‘I love her clothes. I feel like she sits at home and [thinks], so what would a barista in Napa Valley wear?'”
Later on, Heather recalled when Meghan in a past season wore a graffiti long-sleeve minidress, fishnets, a giant necklace, and a “half-up bun on top of her head.”
“And I remember at the time being like, you know, when you see something that’s like couture or something, and it makes no sense at all?” said Heather. “And you’re like, is it just me that thinks this is like beyond hideous?”
Back in 2019, Gretchen shaded Tamra as a “bully.”
“Tamra’s always been a bully,” Gretchen told Us Weekly in an interview at the time. “Tamra has always been a bully, and she will always be a bully, and she does what she needs to do to keep her paycheck. And you know what? She’s a one-trick pony and she doesn’t care what she says or does or who she hurts or who she harms. She doesn’t care if it’s your family, your business, your anything.”
“I do like [her husband] Eddie,” said Gretchen. “But, you know, I’m surprised Eddie would want to be with someone like her. … All these women are getting up really high in their paychecks at this point. And if they’re not as interesting to the fans or if they’re not bringing it or if they’re not delivering content, something that’s interesting to the fans, I get that sometimes it’s time to hang up that hat. You know what I mean?”
Months later, Tamra announced her exit from the show, though she was hired back years later.
