On the new season of The Real Housewives of New York City, newcomer Erika Hammond has stood out for her affluence.
Specifically, on this week’s episode, she took the women to a private island, where she and her husband are one of nine families that own a house.
While she’s definitely gaining fans on the show, internet personality Hannah Stella recently took to TikTok to accuse Erika of bullying her in middle school so badly that she had to switch schools.
“Do you want to hear some gossip? The woman who bullied me in middle school – she wasn’t a woman then – she’s the new Housewife on this season of RHONY,” Hannah shared. “And I don’t think that’s that interesting, but here’s what’s kind of interesting about it. When they were first doing the reboot, I was getting divorced, and I got a little DM, a little Instagram comment, and then a DM from somebody at Shed Media asking, like, ‘Do I want to do the casting for the reboot of Real Housewives of New York City?’ I was very hesitant for many reasons, but I did do the casting.”
She continued, “We shot a tape. They were like, ‘Do you want to be on the show?’ and I was like, ‘I don’t think I do, but I would consider it. Like, I definitely need an income, but I don’t know that, like, reality television’s for me.’ Basically, I said, like, I really don’t think that I would do this, and they also didn’t cast me. So, I don’t know. I didn’t make it on the show, or they thought I wasn’t going to do it, I don’t know what happened, but I was not on it, obviously.”
She noted that she and Erika “went to a place called St. Louis in Waco, Texas, for a semester in seventh grade.”
“I had to transfer schools because she bullied me so badly,” she declared. “Now, this was like almost 20 years ago or more than 20 years ago. So, I’m sure she’s different. I haven’t watched the show yet. I’m sure she’s different; I’m obviously very different. I was a very bullyable child. But she was like… she was such a bully! She was such a bully!”
Hannah stated she believes Erika is “probably really nice now.”
@hannahstella I do feel my confessional looks would have ate. #rhony #rhonyc
“I mean, I don’t know,” she added. “I don’t know her. I haven’t known her like… I didn’t even know her the second semester of seventh grade. I switched schools. I went to a school that was… a much better place for me. And yes, but I do think it’s very funny that in an alternate timeline, if things had been just a little different, if I was just a little bit different of a person, or if I was a little bit more willing to whatever, I could have had a confrontation with my middle school bully on Bravo television and then had Andy Cohen ask us about it.”
She claimed this would have been “very healing” to do but insisted she’s “healed in other ways.”
“I don’t have any beef,” she concluded. “If she has beef with me, it’s one-sided. Maybe she does, because I just told this story, but like, it was a long time ago. I don’t know. Stories from a long time ago, I don’t think they really reflect your character in most ways. Also, I didn’t get into what the bullying was, which I don’t plan to. All right, love you, bye!”
Erika has yet to respond to Hannah’s claims about her.
