Scheana Shay expressed disappointment that her book, My Good Side, didn’t get more support from her castmates on Gia Giudice‘s podcast on Monday.

Months after the release of the memoir, which detailed her husband Brock Daviessordid affair, the 40-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum and current guest star of The Valley called out her fellow Bravolebrities as she offered an update on her communication with Ariana Madix, 40, and Tom Sandoval, 43, and shared the reaction Lala Kent, 35, had to Brock’s infidelity.

“[Lala] had like spoken about it on her podcast, and of course, congratulated me. She reached out over [the] book tour and just said, ‘You know, I just feel the need to tell you that I’m just so happy for you,'” Scheana revealed on the September 8 episode of Casual Chaos, via excerpts shared by Vander Pod Recaps on Instagram.

She continued, “And [Tom Schwartz] for sure. I know he, I don’t know if he posted or it was a call, whatever, but he was very supportive. [Kristen Doute], I know she bought a copy of it. I also sent her [a] PR box … but a lot of people didn’t end up posting that. And I’m like, confirmed it was delivered.”

According to Scheana, she sent a PR box to pretty much every current cast member of The Valley and Pump Rules, aside from Katie Maloney, 38, or Sandoval.

“I didn’t send one to Katie. I haven’t talked to her for a year. I saw her in the comment section recently and I’m just like, ‘Why am I going to send one to you?’” she explained. “[And] I didn’t send one to Sandoval. But everyone else, yeah.

“I do wish I had more in the sense from certain cast members, female cast members, but seeing that I didn’t, I’m just like, ‘Okay, you know, that’s fine. I now know where we stand and I’m at peace with that,’” she continued.

While Scheana didn’t name the female co-stars she was referring to, she admitted that she doesn’t talk to Ariana or her ex, Sandoval, all that much anymore.

“There will be an occasional text, one way or the other, from me to Ariana, maybe a happy birthday from Ariana to me. But there’s not a ton of communication with either of them. I think the last time I talked to Tom, it was like, ‘Congrats on America’s Got Talent.’ Before that, it was like, ‘Hey, Scheana, congrats on Masked Singer.’ So it’s very surface level,” Scheana described. “But I know since the book, not hearing from certain people, I’m like, ‘Okay. So this is where we stand. Noted.’”

“I have not heard from [Ariana] at all,” she continued. “I texted her last week. It was the anniversary of her father’s passing … it was just, ‘Sending you love and thinking of you and a thank you, heart, heart, heart.’ It sucks, I miss her. She was my best friend.”

Although Scheana said she understood that Ariana was going through devastation amid the 11th season of Pump Rules, she defended her decision to maintain a relationship with Sandoval, insisting she was only trying to “do [her] job.” She also reasoned that she was dealing with her own turmoil due to Brock’s affair

“I can’t release one without releasing both,” she stated.

Then, after confirming Ariana did not reach out after the reveal of Brock’s affair, Scheana confirmed she shared the news with Lala a couple of months before her book was released.

“I told her and she immediately was just like, ‘I’m so mad at him for you,’” she recalled.
