Larsa Pippen opened up about her text message drama with Lisa Hochstein‘s boyfriend, Jody Glidden, on Thursday night’s Watch What Happens Live.
As she also suspected that Lisa, 43, wasn’t in a “great place,” revealed who she was most and least closest to after the Real Housewives of Miami reunion taping, and spoke of unfollowing Guerdy Abraira, 47, Larsa, 51, said that she and her boyfriend Jeff Coby, 31, are regularly shopping for rings, weighed in on Adriana De Moura‘s feud with Julia Lemigova, 53, and more.
“Jody was texting me, he’s like, ‘I can get you fired,’ writing me crazy things,” Larsa shared of moments that occurred amid the cast trip on the September 18 episode of the WWHL: After Show. “It was hard because I was trying to just avoid her. I’m like, I don’t want to kill everyone’s vibe on the trip. But then, when you’re sitting at dinner and it was, like every scene was about Lisa.”
Larsa also spoke about Jody on the live broadcast of WWHL, confirming it was Jody who sparked the text conversation between them.
“Jody started texting me. I just think it’s weird when you’re having a conversation or conflict with your girlfriend and then the boyfriend starts texting you. So it’s kind of like, you’re not just arguing with your friend, you’re arguing with a man, which is not really normal,” she explained.
“Jody and I don’t speak the same language. And it’s okay. That’s her man, not mine,” Larsa added at another moment.
She also spoke of Lisa finally unfollowing her ex-boyfriend, Marcus Jordan, 34, after months of back and forth.
“I don’t know why she unfollowed him. At that point, we’d been through so much. It was fighting the entire year … over something that’s so simple, so [easy] to fix. So I don’t know,” she reasoned.
According to Larsa, Lisa may be going through something.
“I just don’t feel like she’s in a great place, honestly, because there’s no other reason why you’re late to everything [and] you missed your flight on a group trip,” she noted.
Then, during a game in which she was asked to defend Lisa, Larsa said Lisa’s proposal expectations of Jody were “normal” before saying there was “no way [she could] defend” Lisa sending her a photo from her dad’s funeral or her decision to unfollow her on Instagram.
“I’ve been nothing but a good friend to her, so no, I will not defend her on that one,” she stated.
Reflecting on the reunion taping, Lisa said she left “closest” to Julia, Alexia Nepola, 58, Marysol Patton, 58, and Kiki Barth, 36, and farthest from Lisa. She also “unfollowed Guerdy” after the filming wrapped.
As for her romance with Jeff, Larsa said they’ve continued to look for rings.
“All the time. Yeah, but it changes every week,” Jeff said.
“I like different shapes [and] I have a hard time making a decision cuz I want all of them,” Larsa explained.
Turning her attention to the events of the recent episode, Larsa said she was Team Julia in her feud with Adriana, 59, but insisted she didn’t have a problem with Adriana or her friendship with Stephanie Shojaee, 40.
“I actually nurtured the relationship with Stephanie and Adriana. I was the one who wanted Stephanie to bring her on the plane with us, going to Seville. I don’t have a problem with Adriana,” she stated.
Also on the show, Larsa reacted to Kiki’s shady age equation cake.
“I think that Adriana’s really sensitive about her age, so she knew it would affect her. So she shouldn’t really have done it,” Larsa concluded.
