Carole Radziwill and Whitney Sudler-Smith were both named in a recent release of the late Jeffrey Epstein‘s files and emails.

As it was seemingly confirmed that Jeffrey’s pal, Ghislaine Maxwell, 64, had Google Alerts for the 62-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum and described her as one of her “closest friends,” the 57-year-old Southern Charm producer and frequent guest star was also mentioned in a message shared by the U.S. Department of Justice.

In one email, sent on September 4, 2005, Ghislaine appeared to be subscribed to Google Alerts for Carole, who previously stated she only knew Ghislaine “socially.” The email also mentioned Carole’s book, What Remains, and said she was a former ABC News reporter linked to the Kennedys.

In another email, Ghislaine reportedly responded to a message she received from a man named ‘Jeffrey Podolsky’ on September 2, 2005. This might be the same ‘Jeffrey Podolsky’ who describes himself as a former writer and editor for major outlets such as WSJ, PEOPLE, and Tatler.

“G, thanks so much for all your help. I will do my best … I desperately need the galley which Carole kindly offered to provide, but I don’t know if she got my e-response. We’re under the gun, time-wise, so I wonder if [you could] ring her or give me her weekend number … Also need to meet [with] Carole asap,” he had written.

Meanwhile, in Ghislaine’s response, she told Jeffrey that Carole was looking forward to writing an article for Tatler and would be emailing him to arrange a meeting.

“She is one of my closest friends so look after her — make her shine — her book [is] really amazing by the way — she’ll get you a galley ASAP,” she typed, adding that she had taken Carole’s “author pic” for her book.

A search of “closest friends” in the Epstein files appears to show that Ghislaine had a habit of describing a number of people as her ‘closest friends.’ And last September, Carole spoke out about her past association with Ghislaine, making it clear she had zero knowledge of Ghislaine’s crimes.

After the emails were revealed, a Reddit user shared a post titled, “Carole Radziwill is all over the newly released Epstein Files,” prompting others to weigh in.

“Mention it all,” one person demanded.

“Ohhhhh boy. ‘One of my closest friends’ is ever so slightly more than just a social acquaintance who took her photo once,” another replied.

Others pointed out that Carole had been seen with Ghislaine in event photos and said she was featured in a framed photo in Ghislaine’s apartment.

“They were close. I’m just not buying that Carole knew absolutely nothing of the goings-on,” one user noted as someone else said, “She knew.”

“This is disappointing. I liked her,” posed another Redditor.

As for Whitney, the April 25, 2014, email in which he was mentioned was shared by Worm With a Mustache on Instagram on January 30 and was sent to Jeffrey from an unnamed source.

After the person said they had run into someone’s boyfriend at Provocateur, noting that the venue drew “c minus” crowds while Tao captured the “c plus” crew, they recalled a dinner with Whitney.

“Had a dinner with Whitney Sudler Smith (Southern Charm producer) and the cast. He kept talking about the new TV show he was making – about Russian girls in NY (called Tzarinas), I recommended [blacked out for privacy] for that – he answered that he had already met her and that she was ‘too boring and cared only about being skinny’ ))) he wanted me for this show – ‘high end reality TV’))) seriously? To be recognized in New Jersey) revenge – josh and David – have my photo in Fekkai; louis – reality TV star)))),” they wrote.
