Ashley Darby revealed what she and her Real Housewives of Potomac castmates heard in the clip that Monique Samuels shared at the season 10 reunion during an appearance over the weekend.
After Monique, 42, played the audio for her co-stars at the taping in an effort to prove that Stacey Rusch had told her ex-husband, Chris Samuels, 48, that she’d been filming with their kids, Ashley, 37, detailed the call while attending The Reality Rundown’s “TRR LIVE: DC” reunion watch party.
“So what we heard on that recording was essentially that there had been confirmation from one of Monique’s children that he or she, she has a daughter and two sons, someone had heard their father speaking to someone and asked, ‘Who is Stacey?’” Ashley revealed.
Then, after noting that the children had “no idea” what was going on with the cast on season 10, Ashley said that one of the kids had approached Monique about what they heard.
“Somehow, they had heard this name and asked Monique about it. And unfortunately, there’s a lot of legality right now with what Monique is going through, so she can’t share it, which really sucks. But when we all heard it, when I tell you, jaws were on the floor, baby!” Ashley admitted.

Although Ashley recalled the RHOP cast being shocked by the clip, fans in the comments section of the video of her appearance didn’t seem too moved.
“This is still lame,” one person said.
“‘Who is [Stacey]?’ reveals nothing. Chris could have literally been talking ABOUT Stacey, not to Stacey,” another agreed.
Then, after a third shaded Monique’s return to the show as “underwhelming,” someone else wondered how it was Stacey’s fault that Chris had spoken of her.
“This still doesn’t prove that Stacey shared anything with Chris,” another person wrote.
Meanwhile, others left comments like, “That still doesn’t mean that Stacy did it,” and “I don’t believe this story … Try again.”
No word yet on when the Real Housewives of Potomac cast is expected to go into production on its upcoming 11th season.
