Taylor Frankie Paul fired back at Mayci Neeley after Mayci shaded her as “messy” in a TikTok comment shared at the end of last week.
Following the debut of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season five, Mayci, 31, responded to a comment from a fan about her lack of scenes on the show, prompting Mayci, who is married with three children, to suggest that she wasn’t seen as much as Taylor, 32, because she wasn’t “messy” enough.
“My least favorite season but this might be my fav confessional look,” Mayci captioned a clip shared to TikTok days ago.

“Need more of your story in the seasons š so sick of Taylor stealing it all with the dumbest things. Stop answering questions about her she is not worth it!” the fan wrote after the post was made.
Then, in a response, Mayci seemingly shaded Taylor, saying, “My story lines get cut because I’m not ‘messy’ and my personal life is ‘normal.'”

Once Taylor saw her co-star’s message, she weighed in with a post of her own.
“What’s wild is I don’t have to be messy and I will still be main character … why? Because it’s my aura or some call it ‘it’ factor,” Taylor explained, as seen in a screenshot shared on Reddit. “I don’t think I’m prettier, happier, richer, or better I just have something that can’t be bought which is why they all admit it or not, hate me.”
“There I said it,” she added.

Taylor also offered an additional statement on her Instagram Story.
“Stayed off my phone most of the day then got on just to see more videos directed to me and as a group they are STILL going and if I respond I’m in the wrong,” she wrote in the caption of a mirror selfie. “The only reason I’m continuing the show is to share my story and hopefully help people. I originally had no desire to be around them either but I have a bigger purpose I’m aiming towards and need to focus on that only. I have a good heart at core and I just need to remember I’m not this evil person they want me to be.”

As fans may have seen, season five has featured Taylor’s co-stars calling her out for being too focused on men and going to them for validation, all while failing to put a legitimate effort into her friendships with them and other women.
Following the sharing of the season, Taylor provided a ālife update” on Instagram in which she admitted she was “not proud” of her behavior, which included a racy bathtub scene with ex-boyfriend Ben Lambert.
“I just woke up. I have not seen the show. I donāt even remember much of what happened. I went on socials for a little bit, and that was terrifying. Iām drinking from a bath sink, not my proudest moment … [But] itās been like, seven, eight months of just, like, [being] alone, healing or trying to, self-reflection, but yeah, pretty messy, but we are a work in progress,ā she declared.
Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season five is currently streaming on Hulu.
