Meredith Marks opened up about her facelift and her ongoing drama with Whitney Rose while appearing on a radio show this week.

As she suggested that Whitney’s efforts to make amends were not genuine, signaled Whitney’s alleged substance issues, and slammed her lies, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star accused Whitney, 39, of being “obsessed” with her, reacted to Whitney’s split from Justin Rose, 58, and detailed her plastic surgery.

“[Dr. Garo Kassabian] was incredible. I had the easiest recovery,” Meredith gushed on SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, adding that she was feeling “great” after the surgery.

After going under the knife in Los Angeles, Meredith was visited by Real Housewives of Dubai alum Caroline Stanbury, 50, who got her own facelift in 2023.

“[Caroline] was in town with [her husband, Sergio Carrallo] and said, ‘Well, let’s go to dinner,’ and it’s literally a week post-surgery, and I’m like, ‘Okay, I think I can do it. I can put on some foundation and some lightly tinted glasses, and I think I’ll be fine.'”

Although the outing was soon after Meredith’s surgery, she said no one noticed.

“People were taking pictures and posting on Instagram. Not one comment like, ‘What’s wrong with her face?’ And this was one week after surgery. It was insane,” she admitted.

Days later, Meredith returned to Utah for a production meeting about RHOSLC season seven.

“I didn’t want to tell them, [but] finally at the end I’m like, ‘Fine, I’ll tell you.’ And I just took off the hat, and I thought they were all gonna be like, ‘Oh wow,’ and they were like, ‘What?’” Meredith recalled, confirming her film team was also unaware of what she had done.

Moving on to Whitney and Angie Katsanevas, 52, suggesting that no one talked to her or Lisa Barlow, 51, in Salt Lake City, Meredith confirmed there was no truth to their claims.

“That’s really funny because I’m talking to a lot of people … I have plenty of friends all over the world, so if all of Salt Lake City wants to ignore me, go for it. But that’s not the case,” she corrected. “I have plenty of people who love me in Salt Lake and plenty of friends who I do speak to everywhere.”

Regarding Whitney’s apology, Meredith called it out as disingenuous.

“To really make amends with someone, you have to be genuine in your convictions; you have to be accountable for your behavior; you have to own up to things you’ve not been honest about. And if you’re just going to say, ‘No, I don’t hate you. I’m sorry, but I went and told the whole world I hated you in some drunken rage,’ like, it doesn’t work,” Meredith stated. “For her to just say, ‘I’m sorry I said it,’ that’s for her. That’s really not for me. And that’s fine. It’s okay.”

According to Meredith, she’s “at peace” with her status with Whitney due to Whitney’s history.

“I’ve spent six years having her come after my dead father and tell me it was out of love for me, uh, project her own substance issues onto me, and say it was out of love for me and say all these things were out of kindness and love when the reality is they were out of hate,” Meredith declared. “Thank you. You can’t gaslight me anymore.”

Meredith added that she wasn’t hurt by Whitney saying she “[hated]” her at a drag brunch earlier this year, since she’d done it before.

“I’d already seen clips at multiple other brunches. She’d been forewarned to stop the behavior and chose to do it anyway,” Meredith revealed. “I think that was her thing, to, you know, sit with a mic in one hand and a glass of wine in the other and rip me to shreds and make all these false allegations.”

Meredith then addressed the drama surrounding their plane ride home from Barbados, during which Meredith was accused of berating and taunting Britani Bateman, 55. As fans will recall, Whitney alleged that legal issues had kept the cast from speaking about what really went down.

“There were no lawsuits involved on that plane. There was no information quashed by me. I did not even engage with any lawyer whatsoever in any capacity, and I don’t think I’d be here right now if I were suing the network,” Meredith reasoned. “She’s busy spewing things about legal allegations that are completely false.”

Continuing on, Meredith described Whitney as “obsessed.”

“She’s completely obsessed with me and does nothing but talk about me … All she does is come after me and talk about me,” she explained.

Also on the radio show, Meredith reacted to the news of Whitney and Justin’s separation, which came after Whitney raised questions about her own marriage to Seth Marks, 54.

“If, in fact, they both want to get a divorce, congratulations to you. If they don’t, then I’m sorry you’re going through this. That’s all I have to say on it,” she stated.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season seven airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
