Meredith Marks had fans doing a double-take after sharing a photo of herself on Instagram during an anniversary trip to Fiji with her husband, Seth Marks.
Following her post, fans questioned the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star about a potential facelift, mentioned filler, and admitted that she was unrecognizable.
“First time in Fiji, celebrating another year of us in paradise,” Meredith wrote in the caption of her September 4 slideshow, which featured a close-up of her face.

“Filllllllllllleeeeeeerrrrrrr face,” one person wrote in response.
Another said, “You look amazing,” and a third said the image didn’t “even look like her.”
“I’m not saying this to be mean. But her face looks really good and a tad different. Did I miss something? Facelift? She looks amazing. Just asking,” wrote someone else.

Another fan said, “I need your [doctor’s] number. You look sooo good,” as someone else said Meredith looked “gorgeous!!!!”
“MOTHERRR the second pic????? MEREDITHHHHHH,” a different fan exclaimed.
“[Facelift] or receding hairline? The dolls must know!” one person added.

As Meredith celebrates her marriage, some of her co-stars are enduring splits, including Whitney Rose, 39, and Justin Rose, 58, and Angie Katsanevas, 52, and Shawn Trujillo, 55. And, after both of the separations were confirmed, Meredith shared a telling message on social media.
“It’s ironic when you see [everything] that has been said about you manifest in the people who said it. Much more to come on this subject, but people who spread negativity about an aspect of someone else’s life usually are insecure of that in their own life. 2026 has been a year of karma in so many different ways,” Meredith declared on Threads, later adding, “I do not wish ill upon anyone or celebrate anyone’s demise. But I do note the irony in karma when someone has continually lied about me to hide their own truths.”
Weeks later, during an interview on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea, Angie made it clear that she wasn’t happy about the diss.
“[It was] poor timing [and] heartless,” Angie stated. “I think when children and families are involved, that’s really nothing to make a post about. You can hold your thoughts to yourself, or better yet, release a post in support of families, marriages, and people with children. I think there’s a time and a place; I think it’s important to support your castmates when they’re down.”
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season seven premieres on Wednesday, September 16, at 8/7c on Bravo.
