Maddi Reese and Michols Peña spoke of a potential Southern Hospitality season five at Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea Awards this week.

After Leva Bonaparte, 47, suffered falling-outs with Joe Bradley, 31, and TJ Dinch, 30, Maddi and Michols looked to the future, agreeing that if the show does return, it would be following the lives of the cast as they embarked on new chapters, post-Republic.

“I feel like since we’re not at Republic anymore, it would kind of be looking at a different direction of our lives and what we’re doing outside of that,” Maddi, 29, told Page Six. “At the end of the day, we all have things that are going on, and we’re all growing and starting new chapters. I’ve worked at Republic since I was 19, so 10 years of my life, and I just feel like there’s time to grow and to enter new chapters.”

“I feel the same,” Michols, 23, agreed. “Like, for me, I’ve done my life for six years so I’m like, it’s time to put the bottle down. But yeah, I’m happy. I’m excited for everybody to see if we happen to come back.”

As Southern Hospitality fans may have seen, Leva began feuding with the cast over the summer after Joe left Republic to join a “new” hospitality group with ties to Craig Conover and Austen Kroll from Southern Charm, and TJ refocused his attention on his hot dog venture, Sir Weiners, suggesting that Leva hadn’t been supportive.

“Rumblings of a falling out between Leva and Joe and Leva and TJ are not rumors,” a source told Reality Blurb after Leva unfollowed the two of them. “They’re facts.”

“She absolutely lost it [when she learned Joe was leaving Republic],” the insider continued. “He was upfront with her and told her the truth, which, again, was the respectful thing to do. She inevitably told him she was disappointed but wished him well. But those who know Leva know she is upset, and those well wishes weren’t exactly sincere, and she’s being shady.”

As for TJ, the source added, “After he posted on Instagram about people not supporting your endeavors, she also was upset with him.”

Bradley Carter, 29, also addressed Leva’s feud with the cast.

“I think, from my experience, sometimes when you are growing, there are some growing pains and you can run into some people that are supportive, and maybe some people that aren’t so supportive,” Bradley told Us Weekly in August. “I’ve never had an experience where Leva didn’t support me, but sometimes people have their priorities, and they’re just a little bit different than theirs, so. I think you will see all of that play out if we go into another season of Southern Hospitality.”

He also confirmed to Us Weekly that the cast was “in a better place than where [they] were” during season four.

“I feel like the cast is coming together. Some people are still on the outside, and some are on the inside. Hopefully we get a season 5 so you can find out,” he added.
