This season on The Real Housewives of Potomac, one of the biggest storylines centers on Tia Glover‘s husband, Rob.
Specifically, Tia, 45, was informed that Rob, 43, was seen on a dating app. When she confronted him, he admitted it.
Tia recently sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight and discussed the status of her marriage.
When asked if they were still a couple and if everything was “right at home,” Tia admitted that for your husband to be on a dating app, “clearly everything’s not right at home.”
“It’s very unright at home,” she continued. “But we’re still navigating… I think if it were just us and a cat, navigation would be a lot easier. But we’ve built a family together, we’ve built a life together. So it impacts us all. And so that’s a lot to navigate, and we’re really taking our time to navigate it.”
“When something like this happens, you do a deep dive,” she continued, admitting this is akin to a “band-aid on something much bigger.”
“And so we’re cleaning that out, and so I’m very much still in [the] discovery phase,” she said. “I’ve had all the phases. I was very shocked, I felt very humiliated, I felt very embarrassed, I felt, did my friend try and sabotage me?”
The friend Tia was likely referring to was Stacey Rausch, 54, who told Tia on camera about Rob being on a dating app.
“There were all sorts of thoughts, and so I’ve allowed myself time to calm down and be able to see and think clearly,” she elaborated. “And so I’m still in the process of that, so I haven’t quite gotten to the part where I have this dream plane that’s landing somewhere because I’m very much still in the sky.”
Tia also shared that Rob and she are still sleeping in the same bed as they navigate this difficult situation.
In regard to whether Rob has apologized and put in the work Tia needs to see, she said she and her mom had a conversation.
“My father was a bit of a Rolling Stone, but she got fur coats and lots of jewelry when she got her apologies,” she said. “I’ve not received such. And so, I don’t know if I should measure the apology based on [that].”
“No, but seriously speaking, he is embarrassed,” she admitted. “He is remorseful. It wasn’t fun for him having to address that in front of his daughters and his son. My son had a lot of questions. Um, but, you know, it was… an opportunity for all of us to grow. And um, let our children know that we aren’t without faults and we’re going to stumble too.”
New episodes of RHOP air every Sunday on Bravo at 8:00 p.m. ET.
