The ongoing divorce saga involving former Real Housewives of Orange County stars Jim Bellino and Alexis Bellino continues to take new twists and turns with each passing day.

According to a new report, Alexis purchased a $1.3 million mansion back in July, just three weeks after Jim filed for divorce following 13 years of marriage.

The Blast reports that on July 12, the Bellinos bought a 3,730 sq. ft. home in San Juan Capistrano — located in Orange County. Even more curious, the home was purchased under a trust, Bellino’s JAMM Family Trust, before the home deed was ultimately transferred to Alexis just days later.

This new purchase comes just months after the Bellinos bought another mansion — a $4 million 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,572 sq. ft. oceanfront home — back in May.

Why is this all so bizarrovile? Well, because, following Jim’s divorce filing (in which he asked for Alexis to pay him spousal support for some strange reason), Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador speculated that the divorce was being done for shady reasons, alleging that Jim was in trouble and perhap this was a means for him to hide assets.

Jim vehemently denied those claims and ultimately filed a $1 million lawsuit against Tamra and Shannon accusing them of spreading lies about him.

It then came out that Jim himself was facing a lawsuit by a former business partner, who accused him of screwing him out of profits when he sold their trampoline business to a third party.

As for the Bellinos, they addressed all of the speculation about their split back in June, stating their divorce was legit and that they have agreed to a 50/50 custody split of their three children together.

When it comes to Alexis’ new home, it boasts 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, a double door entrance, main floor guest suites with a private entrance, and a custom outdoor entertainment pool & spa area with a partially covered patio, a bar and BBQ with a fireplace.
