During a new interview, the Vanderpump Rules star and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member spoke out about the couple’s impending wedding and addressed the possibility of their wedding being featured on the show’s future season.
“I think Brittany is the best thing that ever happened to Jax Taylor and I hope he remembers that every single day of his life,” Lisa told Entertainment Tonight for an interview on August 21.
While Lisa has officiated weddings in the past, she said she would likely not be marrying Jax and Brittany.
“I don’t think they would ask me to do that,” she explained. “I think it was really just a unique situation with [Tom Schwartz] and [Katie Maloney] and you know, I enjoyed doing it very much. I’d done it once before in support of gay marriage but no, I think my officiating days are over.”
As for a televised wedding between Jax and Brittany, Lisa said nothing was set in stone quite yet. After all, season seven of Vanderpump Rules hasn’t yet aired and an eighth season has not been confirmed.
“Well, it depends. We have to see how this season goes and see if it is picked up for a season eight. I mean, season seven is already remarkable but I have to say, we have a cast that is so comfortable with the cameras and each other, or very uncomfortable with each other sometimes, that the natural flow… it moves along very quickly,” she explained.
In other Jax news, the longtime reality star and bartender recently debuted a new tattoo honoring his late father, Ronald Cauchi, who passed away in December 2017 after a years-long battle with cancer.
Below is the photo he shared on Instagram last night and his new ink and the ink his sister received, also honoring their dad.
In Jax’s tattoo, a message read, “Make Good Choices, Love you Dad.”
Vanderpump Rules returns to Bravo TV later this year for season seven.
