Tamra Judge is the proud owner of a new $2 million home in Coto De Caza, California.
Just weeks after the Real Housewives of Orange County star confirmed her former home had been put on the market less than one year after she and Eddie Judge first moved in, she took to Instagram to reveal her exciting news.
“You’re the best,” Tamra wrote in a comment to her realtor Shelley Black.
“I won’t believe it until we move in,” she added.
Shelley was first to share the news of Tamra’s latest home purchase on Instagram, telling her followers that the home was officially “in escrow.”
The final sale price of the home is not yet known but the listing price is $2.095 million.
The 4,840 Sq. Ft home, which went under contract on September 21, offers 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Other features include an open floor plan, custom moldings and dark hardwood flooring throughout.
Additionally, it boasts all updated bathrooms with Carrera marble, a pool and spa, plus an highly-updated kitchen with a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry with a wine refrigerator.
Tamra and Eddie’s big purchase comes just as their former home in Mission Viejo, California, which they purchased at the end of last year for $1.6 million, is currently under escrow for $1.8 million. Their old home went under contract just three days after they listed it.
At the time she listed her old home, Tamra released a statement on Instagram.
“After a very emotional year we have decided to make a change. I love the process of remodeling & decorating and enjoyed ever step of the way. I can’t wait for you you to see what’s next. We are very excited about the next chapter of our life,” she wrote.
