David Beador is responding to claims Tamra Judge made during Monday’s episode of Watch What Happens Live.
As fans may have seen, Tamra suggested her husband, Eddie Judge, was “dumped” by David, the estranged husband of Shannon Beador, due to the way she’s spoken about him on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
“There was a Spartan Race and Eddie was going to Lake Tahoe for the Spartan Race and he’s like, ‘Hey bud! See you there!’ And David’s not happy with the way I’ve talked about him and supported Shannon and Eddie said, ‘Dude, it’s TV. Get over it.’ He’s like, ‘I don’t need friends like that!’ So they broke up,” Tamra explained.
However, according to David, there’s more to the story.
“I was never invited to his birthday party,” David told Page Six on October 10. “That was a lie… I’ve spent several weekends with Eddie Spartan Racing and I would never do that to him nor would I ever expect my ‘friend’ Eddie to do that to me.”
David went on to slam Tamra for the alleged lies she’s told about him and his girlfriend on The Real Housewives of Orange County, including her statement about their romance beginning in October of last year around the time he and Shannon separated.
“I also told Eddie via text [that] friends don’t say all the lies his wife said on the show and if this is acceptable that’s not a ‘friendship’ — show or no show,” David continued. “My girlfriend doesn’t get paid the million dollars Tamra does, yet Tamra smeared and lied about her and us on multiple occasions. Quite honestly, Tamra should feel fortunate she’s not fighting a second lawsuit over her lies and slanderous comments.”
Tamra and Shannon are currently in the midst of a $1 million lawsuit from Jim Bellino, who claims the ladies lied about his trampoline business and defamed his character.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 13 airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
