Is Kim Zolciak selling her belongings in an effort to pay off a new lawsuit?
Less than one week after it was reported that the Don’t Be Tardy star was being sued by American Express for an unpaid credit card bill, several of her things turned up for sale on Agora Vintage’s Instagram page.
“NOW, the moment you have all been waiting for: [Kim Zolciak]’s closet is in the house!!” the store, which is located Athens, Georgia, announced at the end of last week.
In the post, a number of designer items, including pieces from Christian Louboutin, Giuseppe Zanotti, Valentino, Alia, Fendi, Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, and Manolo Blahnik, were seen and Kim’s shoe size was listed a “8-8.5.”
One day later, a bunch more of Kim’s belongings turned up on the page, including several designer bags.
“Don’t be tardy for this party! [Kim Zolciak]’s closet is here! Check out our MyStory and call us to purchase, these items are going quick!” the store wrote in the caption of their second slideshow.
The American Express National Bank sued Kim for the past due amount of $215,925.90 in November of last year.
“Defendant [Zolciak] agreed to pay and was obligated to pay the Plaintiff for all extended credit on Defendant’s account,” their complaint read, according to Radar Online. “Pursuant to the parties’ agreement, Plaintiff transmitted to Defendants a monthly billing statement for the account, and Defendant was obligated to pay the minimum payment due as set forth on that statement on a monthly basis.”
“The Defendant has failed and continues to fail to pay the amounts due and owing on the account,” the lawsuit continued.
Kim’s husband, Kroy Biermann, accepted a summons on her behalf last month.
Don’t Be Tardy season seven airs on Fridays at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
